National Sales Manager – Thailand

About the role

HRnetOne is looking for a National Sales Manager based in Thailand to lead and direct national sales operations for specialized building-system solutions such as tiling, flooring, substrate preparation and waterproofing. The role manages a national sales team of 10 people and drives revenue targets across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, mentor and evaluate a national sales team of 10 professionals to drive revenue targets across Thailand.
• Drive direct B2B project specifications (contractors, specifiers, architects, developers) and commercial trade distribution channels (distributors, dealers, retailers).
• Establish structured sales pipelines, qualify key account opportunities and oversee contract negotiations.
• Deliver progress reports and stay aligned with regional executive leadership.

Required profile

• 5 to 10+ years of proven sales management experience, directly managing a national or multi-regional team of 8 to 10+ people.
• Strong background in construction chemicals, building materials, flooring, tile adhesives, waterproofing or related sectors.
• Demonstrated track record balancing direct B2B specification sales and trade/retail distribution networks.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil or Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Fluent communication in both Thai and English.
