Senior / Assistant Business Development Manager (Civil & Infrastructure)

About the role

HRnetOne is recruiting a Senior / Assistant Business Development Manager for civil and infrastructure in Thailand. The role sets up and expands the infrastructure client base, drives customer retention and new pipeline development, and leads project specification sales alongside trade and retail distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the infrastructure client base, drive customer retention and build a new pipeline.
• Lead long-cycle, high-margin project specification sales alongside trade and retail distribution channels.
• Manage full P&L and leadership responsibilities to hit revenue targets, control promotional budgets and optimise profit margins.
• Build technical credibility with senior specifiers, consultants, main contractors and internal sales teams.
• Maintain a high-integrity sales pipeline using CRM tracking for accurate revenue forecasting.
• Act as a key liaison between local field operations and regional executive leadership.

Required profile

• 6-8+ years of engineering and commercial sales experience in construction chemicals or heavy building materials.
• Proven track record in B2B project and specification sales and in managing major contractor and developer relationships.
• Demonstrated experience leading direct sales or technical support teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; MBA highly preferred.
• Fluent in Thai and English, with English fluency required for regional stakeholder reporting.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of construction systems such as waterproofing, concrete repair, flooring, substrate prep and tile adhesives.
• Strategic planning, key account management and contract negotiation.
• Self-starter, builder mindset and strong change-management capabilities.
