Supply Analytics Analyst – Bangkok (Relocation provided)

About the role

As a Supply Analytics Analyst at Agoda, you will work directly with partners to identify growth opportunities, design tailored business solutions, and drive measurable value for both partners and Agoda’s customers. Based in Bangkok with relocation support, you will collaborate across multiple teams to ensure partner needs are met and supply visibility is increased.

Key responsibilities

• Translate internal briefs into analytical projects, refining questions, forming hypotheses, and storyboarding outputs.
• Analyze data from large‑scale warehouses using SQL and present statistically robust insights to business stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and pursue growth opportunities within supply and the broader business.
• Lead initiatives to scale data‑driven decision making, automate manual processes, and quantify time‑savings.
• Support A/B testing experiments and provide actionable recommendations based on findings.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, insights, strategy or business intelligence.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment and handling multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL.
• Data visualization tools (preferably Tableau).
• Excel.
• Python or R.
• Statistical modelling and machine‑learning techniques (hypothesis testing, regression, logistic regression, random forest).
• A/B testing.
