APAC Regional Human Resources Internship

About the role

Michelin Thailand offers a 3-month internship in its Bangkok office within the APAC Regional Human Resources team. The intern works on DEI and people initiatives, including the regional people intranet revamp, employer branding and the career website. The internship runs from now until 31 December 2026, and the exact period can be chosen in the application form.

Key responsibilities

• Support the DEI intranet revamp, making information and resources more engaging and accessible for employees
• Help run various DEI initiatives and activities that build a more inclusive workplace
• Contribute to the Regional People Intranet Revamp and bring ideas to improve the digital employee experience
• Support Employer Branding initiatives, including content and updates for the Career Website

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Communication, Digital or a related discipline
• Digital competencies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Culturally adaptable, organized and proactive, able to handle multiple priorities
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Thai is a plus
• Enthusiasm for working in an international and industrial environment
