International Mobility & Employee Services Specialist

About the role

Michelin Thailand is looking for an International Mobility and Employee Services Specialist based in Bangkok. The role covers employee benefits, expatriate services and immigration compliance across several locations in Thailand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage medical claims and payroll deduction processes for employees in Bangkok, Hat Yai, Laem Chabang and Rayong
• Administer employee emergency loan programs and employee benefits, including scholarships and welfare activities
• Manage 90-day immigration reporting and compliance for expatriates (Impats)
• Prepare and issue invitation letters for business and work-related visitors, suppliers and contractors
• Handle expatriate allowances, reimbursements, payroll deductions and tax reporting
• Ensure compliance with immigration, employment and company policies for expatriates and employees
• Process visa and work permit applications and guide suppliers, and prepare expatriate documentation for the Travel Manager

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, employee services international mobility or expatriate administration
• Knowledge of Thai visa, work permit and immigration requirements, including 90-day reporting
• Experience with expatriate allowances, reimbursements, payroll deductions and tax administration
• Good understanding of employment regulations and compliance
• Fluent Thai and business-proficiency English
• Preferred: regional or multinational experience and familiarity with process improvement methodologies
