Associate Manager, Customer Marketing – Bangkok (Relocation)

About the role

Agoda is looking for an Associate Manager, Customer Marketing to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. The role focuses on data‑driven marketing programs that increase the lifetime value of Agoda customers across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments to optimise ad structures, bidding and pricing on platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Analyse large data sets from experiments, build predictive models and work with product teams to implement insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, track performance metrics, derive actionable insights and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy roles within a fast‑growing global tech company.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, SAS, R, SPSS, Python and VBA.
