B2B Digital Marketing Analyst – Bangkok (relocation provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join its B2B Digital Marketing team in Bangkok. You will help design, execute, and optimise large‑scale marketing campaigns for partner channels such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago, while providing data‑driven insights that drive growth for both Agoda and its partners.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad structures, bidding and pricing strategies across partner platforms.
• Analyse experiment data, build predictive models and assess impact of TV, pricing or demand‑elasticity initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign performance and surface growth levers.
• Present actionable recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders, including Commercial, Product, Data and regional Marketing teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 2+ years of experience in data‑intensive roles such as consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy for a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data analysis tools: SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL.
• Experience using visualisation platforms such as Tableau or PowerBI.
