Associate Manager – Marketing Strategy (Bangkok, relocation)

About the role

Agoda is looking for an Associate Manager to lead marketing strategy within its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will design, test and optimise paid search and social campaigns while turning experiment data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with text ads, bidding strategies and campaign structures across search platforms such as Google, Bing, Baidu and Naver.
• Test, analyse and optimise display campaigns on social channels including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
• Analyse large experiment datasets, develop optimisation models and build dashboards for account managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, science).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• 4+ years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/business operations at a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong numerical reasoning and intellectual curiosity.
