Associate Recruitment Consultant (Bilingual) – Full Time

About the role

Cesna Recruitment is hiring a full-time Associate Recruitment Consultant in Bangkok who will act as a trusted recruitment partner to multinational companies and businesses with strong connections across the Asian market. The role combines client development, recruitment delivery and pipeline management, with fluent English and one of Korean, Chinese or Japanese.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with new clients through outreach, networking, referrals and business development, and grow existing accounts with Korean-, Chinese- and Japanese-speaking clients.
• Lead business negotiations, set terms of engagement and close recruitment partnerships.
• Attract qualified bilingual candidates through headhunting, job boards, social media and internal talent databases.
• Screen and interview candidates in English and, when needed, Korean, Chinese or Japanese, then present them to clients with recommendations.
• Manage offers, salary negotiations and placements through to hire.
• Own the sales and recruitment pipelines, from outreach to placement, and consistently meet or exceed revenue, placement and KPI targets.
• Maintain accurate records, sales forecasts, activity reports and CRM data.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in headhunter/HR recruiting or B2B sales.
• Fluent English and Thai, plus Korean or Mandarin.
• Communicative, strategic and performance-driven.
