Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Cesna Recruitment is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Bangkok team. The role suits people with a strong background in recruitment or consultative sales who can manage client relationships, identify talent and drive recruitment projects from start to finish. It also involves giving clients market insights and helping with business development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment projects across multiple positions
• Partner with clients to understand their hiring requirements and recruitment needs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Source, assess and engage high-quality candidates through various channels
• Conduct candidate interviews and manage the recruitment process through placement
• Provide clients with market insights and hiring recommendations
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development

Required profile

• 4-6 years of experience in recruitment or consultative sales
• Proven experience managing recruitment processes and/or client relationships
• Confident English communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
