Associate Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

Cesna Recruitment is looking for a motivated Associate Talent Acquisition Consultant to join its growing team in Bangkok. The role suits people with recruitment, sales or business development experience who enjoy working with people, building relationships and working in a target-driven environment. You will manage the recruitment process, build relationships with clients and candidates, and contribute to new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess them against client requirements
• Manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing through placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Follow up with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process

Required profile

• 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, sales or business development, with 1-3 years preferred
• Experience in a target-driven or performance-oriented environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
