Bilingual Collections Executive (English & Japanese)

About the role

HRnetOne is hiring a Collections Executive fluent in English and Japanese in Thailand. The role covers contact with members about delinquent loan instalments and overdue club dues, managing collections reporting and supporting the department's processes.

Key responsibilities

• Contact members about delinquent loan instalments and overdue yearly club dues
• Maintain and oversee the department's mailbox to resolve member issues
• Prepare summaries of re-acquired and revoked accounts for management review and approval
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and follow up on actions with the month-end ageing report
• Manage collections batching and month-end reporting
• Train the team on best practices for collections and help streamline department processes
• Support ad hoc assignments and projects from management

Required profile

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Japanese
• Experience in collections or financial services, preferably in hospitality or timeshare
• Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills with a diplomatic approach
• Understanding of finance contracts and receivables management
• Ability to adhere to audit standards and internal compliance requirements
• Organizational and administrative skills, with strong interpersonal skills in multicultural teams
• Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver who can prioritize in a fast-paced environment
