Corporate Strategy / Internal Consultant

About the role

HRnetOne is looking for a Corporate Strategy / Internal Consultant based in Thailand. The role delivers strategic analysis and actionable recommendations to drive group-level initiatives across portfolio companies, and provides direct consulting support to executive leadership and group management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify key business growth opportunities, operational issues and strategic risks across business units
• Support executive leadership and group management on critical strategic priorities
• Drive strategic initiatives from evaluation through execution and implementation
• Build trusted relationships with portfolio management, combining a consultant's mindset with an operator's mentality
• Conduct business performance assessments and financial and market evaluations to support strategic decisions

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in management/strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business analysis, investment analysis or CEO/Chairman's Office
• Background in management consulting or multi-industry corporate strategy preferred
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, strategic thinking and commercial judgment
• Proven track record of turning complex analysis into practical recommendations
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, accountability and execution
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong academic background; MBA is a plus
• Fluent Thai and English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus
