Branch Banking Senior Manager - Distribution

About the role

Eastspring, a global asset manager with Asia at its core, is hiring a Distribution - Branch Banking Senior Manager for its Mitrtown office in Bangkok. The role drives fund growth, manages client relationships and advises clients on private funds, institutions and high-net-worth services, while coordinating with internal teams and supporting digital platform improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Increase fund size to meet organizational targets
• Prepare and present Private Fund, Institution and HNW products and services to Fund Committees and members
• Maintain strong client relationships and respond to inquiries with accurate information
• Update provident fund materials and run marketing processes
• Work with the Client Service team to submit data to the SEC (e.g. fund setup, amendments)
• Provide input on designing and improving client service systems
• Lead redesign initiatives for FundLink M Choice Online and Life Path Scheme
• Organize meetings, seminars, training sessions and annual gatherings for Fund Committees and members
• Coordinate with Investment, Registrar, Client Service, Branding, IT and other teams
• Take part in company events such as Mutual Fund, Provident Fund and LTF/RMF booths
• Prepare special monthly client reports, update monthly budgets and calculate referral fees for agents

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5 to 8 years of experience in provident funds or asset management
• IC and IP license
• Team leadership and resource allocation

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services (deposits, loans, SME banking)
• Branch operations management and process optimization
• Risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Sales performance analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with core banking systems and digital banking platforms
