Transfer Agency Manager (TA - MF)

About the role

Eastspring, a global asset manager with Asia at its core, is hiring a Transfer Agency Manager (TA - MF) for its Mitrtown office in Bangkok. The role manages transfer agency operations by ensuring accurate transaction approvals, adherence to key controls and timely resolution of queries, while maintaining up-to-date team information, fostering collaboration across internal teams and delivering high-quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and approve fund transactions in the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of edits and updates.
• Maintain up-to-date team information and share it with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence to key Transfer Agency controls and compliance standards.
• Deliver high-quality customer service consistently.
• Foster collaboration with internal teams and act as a key liaison on operational matters.
• Represent the team in meetings, giving input and supporting decision-making.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the team head and senior leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in asset management companies.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AML/KYC compliance and operational workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Leadership and strategic thinking, with the ability to drive operational improvements and lead complex projects.
• Analytical problem-solving for high-level compliance and operational issues.
• Communication and negotiation, including engagement with regulators and external partners.
