Branch Manager - Recruitment & Staffing

About the role

Cesna Recruitment is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Branch Manager to lead and grow its Bangkok branch. This is a key leadership role for someone passionate about recruitment, business development and building high-performing teams. You will drive business growth, manage operations, strengthen client partnerships and shape the branch's future.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall branch operations to achieve business and revenue targets
• Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing recruitment team
• Design and implement sales and recruitment strategies aligned with company goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
• Monitor recruitment pipeline, revenue performance and key KPIs
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
• Prepare and present branch performance reports and market insights to senior management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, HR or a related field
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in recruitment or staffing
• At least 3 years of people management or leadership experience
• Strong business development and client management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Results-driven, proactive and strong leadership mindset
