Business Development Manager – Pattaya Region

About the role

Exely, a global IT provider for the hotel industry, is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to grow its presence in the Pattaya region. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, targeting high‑value hotel clients.

Key responsibilities

• Travel extensively (≈80% face‑to‑face) to meet hotel managers and present Exely’s solutions.
• Generate leads via cold calls, visits, industry events and collaboration with marketing.
• Convert inbound leads into customers and achieve a KPI of at least four new clients per month after onboarding.
• Build trusted relationships with hospitality professionals and represent Exely at relevant events.
• Conduct market research and share insights with management.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Based in or willing to relocate to Pattaya and comfortable with frequent regional travel.
• Minimum 3 years of technology sales experience (or 4 years in hospitality sales) with a strong network of hoteliers.
• Client‑focused, results‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
• Access to a private car for business use.

• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard computer software.
