Customer Fulfillment Analyst (Aviation)

About the role

Michelin Thailand is hiring a Customer Fulfillment Analyst for its Bangkok office, working on aviation-related business. You will manage the end-to-end operational relationship with customers and partners, meeting service commitments and improving customer satisfaction through forecasts, orders, logistics and request handling.

Key responsibilities

• Short-term forecasting: capture customer forecasts, propose sales forecasts based on customer elements, and alert partners to major variations.
• Order and delivery management: record and commit orders, propose alternatives for phase-outs or shortages, and coordinate deliveries.
• Advanced stocks: ensure the right quantities arrive at the shipping facility, detect stock variances and act on them.
• Transport organisation: track journeys, prepare documents needed for invoicing and customs.
• Execution monitoring: plan non-automated orders manually, monitor the order portfolio, liaise with partners and proactively inform customers of delays or failures.
• Request handling: capture and resolve customer requests and claims, handle invoicing disputes, reconcile past-due amounts, run root-cause analysis and share recurring issues internally.
• Continuous improvement of work methods and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service and order management.
• Proven track record in customer forecasts, order commitment and delivery follow-up.
• Experience resolving customer requests, claims and invoicing disputes.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset, able to prioritise in a fast-moving environment.
• Business proficiency in English and Thai.
