Customer Partner - Service and Consulting Sales (Banking & Insurance)

About the role

Kyndryl runs and reimagines the technology systems that drive advantage for leading businesses, and is hiring a Customer Partner for its service and consulting sales in banking and insurance. This is a high-impact leadership role in which you build deep, trusted connections with C-suite executives and act as the strategic architect of the relationship, shaping how the consulting practice operates today and evolves.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to grow and retain the most valuable accounts, and proactively expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities.
• Focus on renewals by selling new offerings while minimizing erosion, and take full charge of the account P&L, ensuring customer satisfaction, integrity and compliance.
• Cultivate deep connections with top-level decision-makers and collaborate with sales team members from prospecting to closing.
• Build a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners and use knowledge of external best practices to position Kyndryl as a leader.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities to deliver bespoke services tailored to each customer's needs.

Required profile

• Experience running account P&L.
• Experience managing the sales process end-to-end.
• Proven experience with revenue growth, costs, profitability, trends and risks.
• Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
• Customer-focused, open-minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree, and sales experience in technical solutions.
