Key Account Manager - Michelin Guide Thailand

About the role

Michelin Thailand is looking for a Key Account Manager for the Michelin Guide (Group LIF) based in Bangkok. The role works with Group LIF's team to negotiate deals with local accounts, develop strategic key accounts and contribute to the country's Michelin Guide ceremony events.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate deals with local accounts, research prospects and coordinate global deals with the Sales leader
• Formalize negotiations in Group LIF contract formats, inform the contracting and accounting departments and archive contracts
• Build a strategic approach for targeted global accounts, develop joint business development plans and manage action plans
• Develop B2B partnerships such as with host cities, and help prepare the country Michelin Guide ceremony with sponsor planning
• Provide monthly reforecast of turnover and costs per offer and customer, and pilot action plans to generate forecasted turnover and margin
• Pilot leads, quotes and contracts in Salesforce, and contribute to the business plan and commercial strategy updates

Required profile

• 7-10 years of experience in Key Account Management or Business Development
• Track record of managing strategic clients and driving revenue growth
• Experience with long-term client relationships, partnerships, negotiations, contracts and commercial agreements
• Experience developing new business and strategic partnerships highly preferred
• Fluent Thai and business-proficiency English

Required skills

• Cross-functional work with Marketing, Operations, Finance, senior stakeholders and government sectors
• Sponsorship or partnership experience is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
