Dining Service Attendant – Cruise Ship (CTI)

About the role

The Dining Service Attendant supports food and beverage operations aboard the cruise vessel, ensuring guests receive courteous, prompt, and efficient service. You will lead service at an assigned station in the Mess Rooms and Lido Market, while also assisting in the Dining Room and In‑Room Dining as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and clean the assigned service station throughout the shift.
• Deliver food and beverage service according to company standards and HESS regulations.
• Assist with guest service, food delivery, table resetting, and in‑room dining.
• Promote and help guests use the company’s Navigator App.
• Support departmental guest‑satisfaction targets and revenue goals.
• Comply with waste‑separation, environmental, health, safety, and security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in a 5‑star hotel, cruise ship, or high‑volume restaurant.
• High school diploma or foreign equivalent.
• Intermediate to advanced English speaking and writing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a guest‑first attitude.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Understanding of allergies and special diets.

Required skills

• English language proficiency (verbal and written).
