Suite Host – Luxury Cruise Vessel

About the role

The Suite Host ensures guests enjoy a comfortable, luxurious stay aboard the vessel, following Seabourn’s cleaning and service standards. Reporting to the Assistant Housekeeper and supported by the Executive Housekeeper, the role creates memorable “Seabourn Moments” through attentive service and meticulous suite upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all ship facilities, services, and in‑suite amenities.
• Prepare guest suites according to preferences and company standards, including linen changes, turn‑down service, and replenishment of fruit plates and minibar items.
• Provide guests with safety briefings, suite feature explanations, and assistance with restaurant, spa, and shore‑excursion reservations.
• Supervise the Suite Attendant, ensuring cleanliness of bathrooms, balconies, and overall suite appearance.
• Perform daily inspections, manage inventory of equipment and supplies, and safeguard all items used in the suite.
• Report guest concerns promptly to the Assistant Housekeeper and maintain accurate guest history records.
• Deliver additional services such as shoeshine, flower care, and laundry pickup as requested.
• Attend daily briefings, report to work on time, and follow all company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Experience in luxury hospitality or high‑end housekeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with housekeeping leadership.
• Ability to adapt quickly to guest requests and maintain a proactive service mindset.
