Growth Manager - Thailand

About the role

Azeus Systems Limited is looking for a Growth Manager based in Bangkok. The main mission is to identify, engage and convert high-value prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), acting as the bridge between Marketing and Sales through strategic networking, partnership building and content creation. The focus is on the Ideal Customer Profile rather than volume.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic prospecting and lead generation: research C-suite stakeholders on LinkedIn and Google, run cold outreach by call and email to book discovery meetings, build and maintain a quality B2B prospect database, and qualify leads with initial discovery calls and product overviews.
• Networking and field marketing: plan and run the full event lifecycle, from webinars and virtual demos to offline conferences and roundtables; act as brand ambassador at events to turn contacts into qualified business connections; track event performance against GTM goals.
• Partnerships and content: activate partnerships with consultants, trade associations and chambers of commerce to drive referrals; create market-specific value propositions, webinar outlines and sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, case studies and objection guides.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with Marketing to co-create campaigns on LinkedIn, email and Line OA, and coordinate with Sales and Product teams to optimise lead handoff and track conversion rates.
