Recruitment Sales Consultant

About the role

Cesna Recruitment is looking for driven sales professionals (B2B, B2C, Account Executive or Channel Sales) to join a multinational team in Bangkok. You will support recruitment projects and business expansion by connecting top talent with leading international companies and delivering fast, flexible, high-quality recruitment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through headhunting, job ads, social media and databases
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews (phone and in person)
• Present suitable candidates to clients and coordinate the full interview process
• Handle offer discussions and close placements
• Identify and approach potential clients, build and maintain client relationships, and promote company services
• Negotiate terms and drive successful business outcomes

Required profile

• 1-5 years of B2B sales or relevant commercial experience
• Bachelor's degree (GPA 3.0+ preferred for entry-level candidates)
• Fluent Thai and English; additional languages are a plus
• Results-driven, competitive and able to work under pressure
