Senior Sales / Deputy Sales Manager / Director – Based Admixtures

About the role

Cesna Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Sales / Deputy Sales Manager / Director in Bangkok to sell based concrete admixtures to Thailand's leading ReadyMix Concrete (RMC) producers, covering around 60% of the market. The role also covers new customer development, payment collection and negotiation with major clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of company products to business partners, including specifications, quantities and delivery methods
• Develop new customers and new projects to expand business opportunities
• Negotiate pricing, sales terms, payment terms and delivery conditions with customers
• Collect payments from trade receivables and follow up on outstanding accounts
• Lead new client acquisition and product replacement initiatives, converting competitor products
• Navigate complex and lengthy vendor approval processes with major clients

Required profile

• Minimum 5-15+ years of sales experience in construction chemicals, with a strong focus on concrete admixtures
• Background with, or strong industry connections to, leading global construction chemical companies
• Solid understanding of the technical and commercial advantages of based admixtures compared with traditional naphthalene-based products
• Fluent in both Thai and English

What we offer

• Base salary of about 80,000-200,000 THB per month, which can be increased by 20%
