Housekeeping Attendant – CTI

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant (HAL) on the CTI vessel ensures all assigned areas are clean, well‑presented, and meet the ship’s housekeeping standards. You will work closely with guests and crew, maintaining a safe and pleasant environment throughout the voyage.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and supply all assigned areas according to current housekeeping procedures and standards.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools in good working order, sanitising when required.
• Collect guest luggage for disembarkation and distribute embarking luggage with care.
• Clean and service petty officer cabins, including laundry pick‑up and delivery when needed.
• Keep cabins, lockers, pantry, steward stations, and corridors tidy.
• Interact with guests and co‑workers professionally and positively.
• Follow all house rules, public health guidelines, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
• Report safety or maintenance concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Promote and assist guests with the company’s Navigator App.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• Minimum 6 months experience in housekeeping or cleaning services.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; must pass the Marlin test (score ≥60).
• Age between 21‑35 years and height of at least 160 cm.
• Willingness to comply with HAL’s SPEACS and safety standards.
