HR Manager, Kalasin & Sikhiu

About the role

Ingredion is looking for an HR Manager for Kalasin and Sikhiu, working on site and reporting to the Manager HR T&HS Operations Thailand. The role works closely with the HR COE and SSC to deliver smooth, confidential and timely HR operations, supporting both strategic HR programmes and day-to-day site HR such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, total rewards, onboarding, policy implementation, engagement, communications and labour-law compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership on HR matters and coach key stakeholders
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on inclusive hiring, and advise on appointments and promotions
• Drive a high-performance culture and coach managers to align results with the 4C strategy (Care, Cost, Capacity, Customer)
• Lead People & Capabilities Reviews and build talent pipelines for both plants
• Strengthen engagement through employee relations, CSR and community partnerships
• Implement country-aligned HR strategies and improve capability, wellbeing and the work environment
• Advise managers on complex cases and handle investigations, grievances, mediation and disciplinary processes
• Recommend, implement and communicate compensation and benefit policies, run salary reviews and bonus cycles, and set competitive offers
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and deliver workforce analytics on staffing, absenteeism and overtime

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience at middle-management level; manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience in people management and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work independently and to travel between Kalasin and Sikhiu
• Relocation within the country available

Required skills

• Broad HR generalist expertise: retention, performance, capability/development and succession planning
• Strong written and spoken Thai and English
• Solid knowledge of Thai labour law with hands-on disciplinary experience in manufacturing
• Managerial experience is a plus
