Agency Recruitment Manager

About the role

Prudential is looking for an Agency Recruitment Manager in Bangkok. The role drives sustainable business growth by designing strategies to attract, select and onboard high-quality insurance agents, partnering with agency leaders to build pipelines, optimise recruitment channels and ensure new hires comply with regulatory and agency requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute strategies to attract top-tier talent, including career-changers, entrepreneurs and professionals
• Identify untapped talent segments and build a consistent pipeline of high-quality agent candidates
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as number of recruits, pass rates and onboarding completion times, and analyse data to close performance gaps
• Develop incentive programmes and allocate recruitment budgets efficiently to maximise profitability
• Coordinate with the Agency Director and management team and cross-functional teams to deploy training and development initiatives
• Ensure recruitment activities, candidate selection and licensing comply with regulatory requirements and company policies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in agency development, talent acquisition or life insurance sales management
• Solid understanding of life insurance products, agency business models and local financial service regulations
