Human Resource and Organization Development

About the role

HRnetOne is looking for a Human Resource and Organization Development professional based in Thailand. The role covers HR strategy, the full employee lifecycle, employee relations and organizational support, with advice to managers on people management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures aligned with business objectives
• Manage the employee lifecycle: workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and offboarding
• Partner with department heads and managers to identify workforce needs and provide HR solutions
• Support employee engagement, retention and company culture initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company regulations
• Review and improve HR policies, processes and employee benefits
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports
• Handle employee relations matters professionally, fairly and confidentially
• Advise managers on HR policies, performance issues, disciplinary matters and people management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in HR, Organization Development, Learning and Development or a related area
• Managerial or supervisory experience preferred
• Good understanding of Thai labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience in entertainment, media, creative, retail or fast-paced industries is an advantage

Required skills

• Knowledge of HR processes, performance management, talent development and organization development
• Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
