IT Business Development Manager

About the role

HRnetOne is hiring an IT Business Development Manager in Thailand. The role focuses on generating new-logo revenue by building a strong pipeline of opportunities and closing high-value deals.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve individual new-logo revenue targets.
• Generate self-sourced pipeline through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, events, referrals and other outbound activities.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities across target industries and accounts.
• Build and maintain a pipeline covering 3-4 times quota.
• Develop relationships with C-level executives, business leaders and key decision-makers.
• Map stakeholders and navigate complex enterprise buying processes.
• Lead discovery meetings and manage opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in quota-carrying B2B sales or new business development.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding new-logo sales targets.
• Experience selling SaaS, enterprise software, IT solutions or digital transformation services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
• A strong network in Enterprise, Financial Services, Government or Conglomerates is a plus.

Required skills

• Sales methodologies such as SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger Sale or equivalent.
• CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar.
