About the role

As a Junior Host on board HAL, you will ensure that guests enjoy a memorable dining experience across the main dining room, specialty restaurant and Lido buffet. You will support the restaurant team in delivering smooth, high‑quality service while representing the brand’s professional image.

Key responsibilities

Aid the Restaurant Host, Operations Manager and Maître D’ with reservations on embarkation day.
Lead and guide guests to their tables in the various dining venues.
Monitor the floor and provide immediate assistance to team members to maintain seamless service.
Visit guest tables periodically to collect feedback and relay insights to management.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year experience in a 5‑star hotel or comparable hospitality establishment.
College degree in hospitality preferred.
Advanced English verbal and written communication skills.
Professional presentation with a charming and charismatic demeanor.

Required skills

Intermediate proficiency with computerized reservation or table‑management systems.
