Lead Associate - Controllership - AP 4A

About the role

Genpact is hiring a Lead Associate for its Controllership - AP 4A position in Thailand. The role supports accounts payable month-end close and reconciliation, prepares journal entries and helps resolve AP discrepancies, working within a day-shift office setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support AP month-end close and reconciliation processes.
• Prepare journal entries and assist in audit documentation.
• Maintain compliance with financial policies and controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve AP discrepancies.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Finance.
• Certifications such as Accounts Payable (F-Tec), CFA (Skillab), CFE (ACFE), CTP (Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje) or Oracle Certified Professional are listed as acceptable.
• Proficiency in English (C2).
