Marketing Manager - F&B

About the role

HRnetOne is looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy and budget for its food and beverage business. The role covers brand positioning, integrated campaigns, product launches and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy and budget for the F&B business.
• Build brand positioning, messaging and marketing plans for the company and its products or venues.
• Plan and manage integrated campaigns across digital, social media, in-store, events, PR and other channels.
• Lead menu, product, seasonal and promotional launches with culinary, product and operations teams.
• Manage social media, website content, email marketing and online listings, monitoring performance and reputation.
• Use customer, sales and market insights to find growth opportunities and improve engagement.
• Track campaign effectiveness and report on revenue, traffic, conversions, retention and ROI.
• Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, media partners and other stakeholders.
• Ensure brand consistency across touchpoints and materials, and work with operations and sales on local marketing and revenue growth.
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines and resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in food and beverage, hospitality, restaurants or consumer brands.
• Experience developing multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content and marketing analytics.
• Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Commercial mindset linking marketing activity to business results.
