Pricing Analyst (Bangkok, Relocation Provided)

About the role

Within Booking Holdings' new consolidated B2B business unit, Agoda is hiring a Pricing Analyst based in Bangkok, with relocation provided. The role shapes pricing and commercial strategies for partner opportunities, advises stakeholders on trade-offs and drives value through execution and experimentation, working across Commercial, Product, Data Science, Marketing and partner-facing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve pricing strategies and optimization for B2B partner channels.
• Build and lead experimentation roadmaps, including test design, success measures, decision frameworks and post-test actions.
• Evaluate pricing and growth opportunities through structured analysis such as elasticity, incrementality, cannibalization and scenario modeling.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior internal and external stakeholders, surfacing trade-offs and driving decisions to closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Commercial, Product, Data Science, Marketing and operations teams.
• Turn complex findings into concise executive narratives, recommendations and decision-ready materials.
• Manage strategic partner and vendor interactions, including presentations, working sessions and follow-ups.

Required profile

• Experience applying quantitative analysis to commercial decisions in technology, e-commerce, travel, management consulting, internal strategy or pricing.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong business judgment, structured problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency with data and analytical tools, including advanced SQL; experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or an equivalent platform.
• Practical experience designing or interpreting controlled experiments.
• A high-ownership, bias-for-action mindset in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
