24slg is hiring a full-time Sales Executive for B2B sales in the industrial maintenance sector, based in Wattana. The role focuses on identifying and winning large-scale maintenance projects through competitive bidding and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue high-value maintenance projects to drive business growth.
• Lead major contract bidding processes and oversee the preparation of competitive proposals.
• Develop and execute strategies that improve win rates and secure major projects.
• Work with technical teams to build proposals that meet client needs and industry standards.
• Build relationships with industry decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions.
• Manage the project pipeline so projects are executed on time and aligned with strategic goals.

Required profile

• Extensive B2B sales experience in industrial maintenance or related sectors, with a proven track record of winning major projects.
• Experience securing large-scale projects through competitive bidding.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
