Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Cesna Recruitment is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its growing team in Bangkok. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, help drive business growth and support junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned clients
• Source, screen and interview candidates for various roles
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Provide consultative hiring advice and market insights to clients
• Achieve individual recruitment and sales targets
• Support and guide junior consultants when required
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in recruitment or consultative sales
• Client-focused with a sales-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Able to work independently and under pressure

• Interviewing, sourcing and negotiation
• Consultative sales approach
