Site Information Engineer (Manufacturing IT)

About the role

Michelin Thailand is looking for a Site Information Engineer in Saraburi to maintain and supervise the site's infrastructure and equipment, and to take part in implementing and evolving its hardware and software applications. The role covers service levels, equipment performance, implementation of data collection systems and support for users.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise site infrastructure and equipment, and take part in implementing or evolving site applications according to the maintenance and operation contract
• Keep service levels and user satisfaction within expectations, manage equipment performance and conformity, and ensure technical and operational documentation stays up to date
• Complete data collection procedures, build and deploy IoT data collection infrastructure (sensors, databases, files), measure its impact and document the solutions
• Analyze complex malfunctions, incidents and bugs proactively, provide technical assistance to users and support troubleshooting

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer engineering, automation, IT engineering or a related field
• 3-5 years of IT experience in industry; new graduates are also welcome
• Native Thai speaker with good English communication
