Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for talking with people, headhunting, and finding good talent. This role will mainly help our diverse team in hiring for commercial areas.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
• Source top talent using creative techniques and manage the candidate pipeline.
• Manage hiring manager expectations and develop interview processes.
• Perform pre‑screening calls and interviews to assess abilities and cultural fit.
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Support onboarding to ensure new hires are fully integrated.
• Leverage data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Build influential candidate relationships throughout the selection process.
• Promote the company’s reputation and act as a contact person for candidates.
• Creatively find passive candidates and assist with other HR‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment role.
• Fluent in English.
• Proven experience in commercial‑related roles such as Key Account, Business Development or Digital Marketing.
• Experience closing senior or executive‑level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to track, measure and report on the recruitment funnel.
• Deep exposure to recruiting top talent with unique qualifications.
• Technical expertise to understand and explain job requirements for commercial positions.
• Exposure to sourcing and candidate management is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast‑moving organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and teamwork attitude.
