Trade Marketing Manager - 7-Eleven

About the role

7-Eleven is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager in Thailand. The role develops annual and quarterly trade strategies, builds category growth plans and turns data into commercial actions for the 7-Eleven channel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly trade strategies and a forward-looking 6-12 month plan, including an annual trade calendar covering NPD, promotions, visibility and activation
• Grow the Health & Wellness category, including category propositions, business cases and shelf strategy
• Analyse SKU, store and category performance, shopper behaviour and promotion effectiveness, and track competitors
• Partner with Product and Marketing teams on NPD opportunities, pricing, pack architecture and launch plans, and evaluate post-launch results
• Develop promotion strategies by product role (Hero, Growth, Slow-moving, At-risk) and optimise trade spending efficiency
• Work with the Head of BU / KAM, Brand Marketing, Product / R&D, Sales Planning, Supply Chain and Field Merchandising

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of FMCG experience, including 3-5 years directly responsible for trade marketing or channel development with 7-Eleven
• Strong preference for former Trade Marketing Manager, Channel Development Manager, Category Development Manager or Customer Marketing Manager at CVS or 7-Eleven
• Experience in established FMCG food, beverage, health & wellness or consumer goods companies strongly preferred
• Proven track record of growing business within 7-Eleven
