Sales Promotion Staff – South Lower Region (12‑month contract)

About the role

The Sales Promotion Staff will be responsible for driving sales growth in the South Lower region of Thailand, covering Chumphon and Surat Thani. Working closely with sub‑dealers, key farmers and the BASF sales team, the role combines field visits, campaign execution and market reporting to achieve targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sub‑dealers across Chumphon and Surat Thani to meet sales targets.
• Conduct regular field visits and support demand‑creation activities.
• Execute promotional campaigns and generate sales reports for dealers, sub‑dealers and farmers.
• Develop and maintain a network of dealers, sub‑dealers and key farmers.
• Provide field support and documentation to the Senior Promoter.
• Strengthen relationships with sub‑dealers and key farmers.
• Prepare and submit market information reports to senior sales managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science or a related field.
• 2–3 years of field experience in the agricultural or seed industry.
• Fluent communication in Thai and English.
• Strong field execution skills and willingness to work outdoors.
• Own a personal vehicle and hold a valid driving licence.
