Senior Data Scientist Analyst – Supply Analytics

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Data Scientist Analyst to join its Supply Analytics team in Bangkok, Thailand. The role focuses on delivering data‑driven insights that shape the supply ecosystem, improve inventory quality, and support partner economics.

Key responsibilities

• Translate internal briefs into analytical projects, refining questions and storyboarding outputs.
• Extract and analyse data from large‑scale data warehouses to produce statistically robust insights for business stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities within supply and drive new analytical initiatives.
• Lead projects that scale the use of data and insights across the Supply organization.
• Collaborate closely with partners on the ground and with internal product, supply, and other cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Senior‑level analyst with proven experience in data‑driven decision support.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication skills to present findings to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Willingness to relocate to Bangkok and work onsite.
