Analyst / Senior Analyst, B2B Digital Marketing (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda's B2B Digital Marketing team, part of the B2B Marketing organization, delivers high-quality, scalable marketing campaigns for partners across B2B2C channels, working closely with Commercial, Product, Data and regional Marketing teams. Due to expansion, several analyst roles exist within the team; this Bangkok-based position offers relocation.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ads, campaign structures and bidding and pricing strategies on partners such as Google, Bing, Tripadvisor and Trivago, and adapt to new product features
• Analyze large volumes of experiment data, build predictive models with data science techniques and liaise with product teams on implementation roadmaps
• Build dashboards to track performance, derive insights and present recommendations to stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative subject (computer science, mathematics, engineering, business or science)
• 2+ years of data analysis experience from consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/business for a fast-growing global tech company
• Excellent English verbal and written communication
• Ability to act on objective evidence, take ownership and work independently

Required skills

• Data analysis packages or databases such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL
• Visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Nice to have: digital marketing or e-commerce experience, A/B testing, strong presentation and negotiation skills
