Associate Manager, Marketing Strategy (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda's Performance Marketing Team is looking for an Associate Manager, Marketing Strategy based in Bangkok, with relocation provided. The team is highly data-driven and builds at-scale marketing programs that improve customer lifetime value, combining analysts, marketing strategists and data scientists.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with text ads, bidding and campaign structures on Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver and other search engines, and adapt to new product features and roll out changes from successful tests.
• Test, analyze and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social platforms.
• Analyze large volumes of experiment data, develop models for optimization and build dashboards for account managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative subject such as computer science, mathematics, engineering or science.
• Fluent English.
• 4+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations for a fast-growing global tech company.
• Good numerical reasoning and intellectual curiosity.

Required skills

• Exposure to data analysis packages or databases such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA or SQL.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Nice to have: digital marketing experience and academic research experience.
