Communication Planning & Strategy Specialist

About the role

The specialist will create and execute communication strategies that support e‑commerce clients in reaching their target audiences, produce engaging short‑form video content, manage live‑streaming initiatives, and coordinate influencer and affiliate programs to boost brand visibility and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication plans aligned with clients' e‑commerce goals and target audiences, staying current on industry trends and competitor strategies.
• Conceptualize, script, and coordinate short‑video production that showcases client products, ensuring brand alignment and optimization for e‑commerce platforms.
• Plan, execute, and monitor live‑streaming campaigns on e‑commerce and social platforms, optimizing product visibility, engagement and conversion rates.
• Design and manage influencer and affiliate programs, identifying partners, establishing relationships and coordinating promotions to drive traffic and sales.
• Track and report weekly or monthly metrics on all activities, including influencer impact, to make data‑driven adjustments for program effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in communication planning and strategy for e‑commerce brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for decision‑making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a self‑starting attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
