Retail Sales Stylist – Fashion Store

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is seeking a Retail Sales Stylist to join its Phuket store. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting store operations and sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Levi’s heritage and product range.
• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Achieve or exceed daily individual and store sales targets.
• Follow cash‑handling, security, safety and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging and pricing.
• Maintain store visual standards and general housekeeping.
• Execute rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
• Utilize basic technology tools, including iOS devices and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, bend for extended periods.
• At least 1 year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Attributes: structured, organized, methodical, consistent, adaptable.

Required skills

• Familiarity with iOS devices.
• Basic device troubleshooting.
• Experience with RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
