Commercial Finance Analyst - Thailand

About the role

JDE Peet's, the world's leading pure-play coffee company, is looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst in Bangkok. The role partners with Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams to drive profitable growth through financial analysis, trade investment governance and business performance management. It supports decision-making for General Trade, Modern Trade, Out of Home and E-commerce businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor trade spend investments, ensuring financial accuracy, transparency and compliance with company policies and controls.
• Analyse customer and channel performance across Retail, General Trade, Modern Trade, Out-of-Home (OOH) and E-commerce to find growth opportunities and profitability improvements.
• Develop business cases, financial models, ROI analyses and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) assessments.
• Evaluate pricing strategies, promotional effectiveness and commercial investments through scenario planning and post-investment reviews.
• Support OOH and B2B performance by analysing customer profitability, tenders, contracts, rebates and investment opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in commercial finance or FP&A (FMCG preferred).
• Experience partnering with commercial or sales teams is an advantage.
• Nice to have: FMCG experience.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Understanding of trade spend management, profitability analysis and commercial investments.
• Business partnering mindset with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, BI tools and financial reporting systems preferred.
