Insight Business Management Analyst (Thai)

About the role

MSX, a partner to automotive brands and mobility companies worldwide, is hiring a full-time Insight Business Management Analyst in Bangkok, starting 1 September 2026. The role manages and delivers a Business Management project for one of its key clients in the automotive industry. Working is hybrid, split between the office at U Chu Liang Building and working from home, Monday to Friday 8:30-17:30.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of the local business management function in line with regional strategy
• Help the local Business Management Manager implement, administer and support the MSX Business Management system
• Collect financial data from dealers, analyse data quality and coach accountants on better financial reporting
• Support dealers in building their Chart of Accounts and map it to the MSX system, keeping the mapping up to date
• Upload dealers' financial data to the system and calculate benchmark and network consolidations
• Prepare and comment on monthly dealer BM reports, and produce monthly and quarterly network performance reports
• Prepare ad-hoc reports when required

Required profile

• Permanent Thai work rights only
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory)
• 1-3 years of experience in audit or accounting, ideally in automotive business; auditor or financial controller assistant experience with reporting responsibility is preferred
• Experience in data consolidation
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Willingness to travel when required
