Finance & Account Administrative Officer Internship (6 Months)

About the role

Keenfinity, a global provider of security and communication solutions, offers a 6-month Finance & Account Administrative Officer internship in Bangkok. The role covers accounts payable, bill-to-cash, tax compliance and process improvement, with regular hours of 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Verify vendor invoices, register them correctly in the ECM system and process them for approval in a timely manner.
• Coordinate the account payable and payment process, and support withholding tax and VAT payment and return for monthly tax filing.
• Sort, file and maintain hard copy and electronic records of supplier tax invoices in line with Thai tax regulations, and ensure withholding tax deductions are correct and certificates issued when needed.
• Coordinate with the BPO team on payment issues or disputes and keep vendor master data up to date.
• Check the accuracy of receipt and supporting documents for staff reimbursements.
• Coordinate with the BPO team to offset collections and invoices in the system, assist in reconciling incoming payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Issue receipts and tax invoices for selected businesses and customers.
• Support continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Thai nationality.
• Able to work more than 4 months; part-time and full-time arrangements are negotiable.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, including accounts payable, payment preparation, withholding tax, VAT and bank/account reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Fair command of English and good communication skills.
