Commercial Lead – Thailand

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Commercial Lead to drive its Thailand business across Retail and Wholesale channels. This senior leadership position sits on the Thailand Leadership Team and holds end‑to‑end accountability for commercial performance, channel strategy, and market development.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Thailand commercial strategy and Annual Business Plan for Retail and Wholesale.
• Identify new growth opportunities, expand market presence, and deliver sustainable topline and profitability.
• Own P&L performance, set and track KPIs, and continuously optimise inventory, margins and productivity.
• Ensure best‑in‑class retail and digital brand experience aligned with global standards.
• Lead store network development, real‑estate strategy and execution excellence.
• Build and grow strategic key‑account partnerships, lead negotiations and joint business planning.
• Translate strategy into clear execution standards, drive sales operations and inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align priorities and deliver integrated business plans.
• Build, coach and inspire a high‑performing, diverse commercial team.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in commercial, sales or retail leadership with multi‑channel exposure.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and managing key accounts.
• Strong business and financial acumen with a results‑oriented mindset.
