Consulting Director / Senior Managing Consultant – Strategy & Transformation

About the role

Mastercard Advisors Client Services is seeking a senior leader to drive strategy and transformation initiatives for a diverse portfolio of global clients. The role combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s data and technology assets to deliver actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across multiple industries, addressing strategic, tactical, operational and transformational challenges.
• Develop and implement strategies and programs for large‑scale regional and global clients, leveraging data and technology solutions.
• Own relationships with mid‑level to senior client stakeholders, assessing agenda, culture and change readiness.
• Guide teams to generate insights, craft business recommendations and deliver compelling client presentations.
• Provide day‑to‑day project delivery leadership and foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
• Collaborate with internal Mastercard product and business development teams to scope projects and align solutions.

Required profile

• Extensive consulting experience with a proven track record of leading complex client engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable interacting with senior client leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing consulting teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset and ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
